I’ve always looked forward to summer. While I don’t love the heat that comes with living in South Texas, I do love the pace and the time I get to spend with my family. I also love summer-themed doodles and had a blast making the June Doodle Challenge prompts! The June 2025 Doodle theme is: Ice cream & Frozen treats!
If you follow me on Instagram you’re probably familiar with Stop Drop and Doodle Challenge. You don’t have to be on Instagram to join us in the challenge! Check out doodle a day prompts below and join us this month! You can do this challenge in your bullet journal or use our free doodle printable to play along!

JUNE DOODLE CHALLENGE
You can consider yourself an artist or just be a beginner looking for a creative outlet — either way, doodling is a great option! It can help you relax, take your mind off things, and enjoy yourself. Don’t worry about what it ends up looking like and don’t compare your work to others.
Just let yourself relax and be creative for a little while with these doodle a day prompts!

DOODLE A DAY FREE PRINTABLE FOR JUNE
Many of us do our daily doodle in our bullet journals. Some of the layout ideas I’ve seen include:
- Calendar type box grid (like my example below)
- Free art where the doodles just fill the designated page, in no particular order
- Using printable page with the prompts listed
- Digital doodles

But the best part of doodle challenges is that you can take the drawing prompts and do what works best for you! You can doodle in your notebook, on blank paper, on our free printable prompt sheet, or even digitally.
The same goes for your doodling supplies. You can use pencil or pen to doodle. I love color, so I always grab a different set of pens from my supplies. This month I’m using my Sharpie Art Pens because I haven’t broken them out in a while.
The come in 8-count, 12-count, 16-count, and 24-count packs. I have the 24-count and like the variety of colors that come in the pack. It comes with two black pens which I think is pretty smart because I may not use all of the colors all of the time, but I use black ALL of the time!

PRINTABLE DOODLE PAGE
If you’re a fan of using printables in your journal or you just want to have separate pages for your doodles, I’ve made a printable calendar page. It’s a great way to have all of the prompts at your fingertips this month!
