**Updated for 2024!** The March Drawing Challenge is all about things that are lucky or things that you wish on! With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, I thought it would be a fun theme for this month’s doodle challenge!
March Drawing Challenge
If you follow me on Instagram you know about the Stop Drop Doodle challenge. You can follow the challenge using the hashtag #stopdropdoodle but you don’t have to be on Instagram! You can get all of this month’s prompts further down in this post.
When I started working on ideas for this month’s doodle challenge, St. Patrick’s Day immediately came to mind. But I know I’ve done green as a color theme before so I wanted to do something new.
St. Patrick’s Day makes me think of lucky four-leaf clovers and so the theme of Luck was born! To get enough prompts for the month, I added in things that we wish upon when we see them like falling stars and dandelions. So I hope you enjoy the variety of prompts this month.

Favorite Doodle Supplies
I feel like this month needs pens or markers that bring a lot of colors due to the variety in the doodle prompts. So this month I’m using my Magicfly Dual Tip Brush Markers.
The set has 100 markers and I created my own color swatch chart for reference. You can see I numbered mine so I could create a reference sheet for myself.
The marker set has greens that range from seafoam to lime and a bunch of shades in between. I think it will work well for this month’s color theme!
- MULTIPLE UNIQUE COLORS OPTIONS: 100 unique colors.
