I know I haven’t been as active on here as I usually am. And I most certainly haven’t been giving you guys as many free printables.
And the guild set in pretty hard recently.
I was thinking about why I started this whole bloggy business and what kept me coming back. It’s not the money (although, who’s going to deny the necessity of that). It’s not the fame (as if). It has nothing to do with any of that.
I freaking love this community. I love receiving emails from people telling me that they started a bullet journal because of my site or because I make free printables.
That shit hits me right in the heart! All the heart strings are being pulled tight.
You may not know this, but you are my extended family. I don’t have a big family, other than my husband’s, which is pretty much mine. But, I grew up with my parents and my two siblings and that was it. I think I’ve only ever met my cousins like 2-3 times. My dad’s parents passed before I had a chance to know them. My mom’s parents were never supr involved in our lives.
So, for the most part… we were a five person family and that was the extent of it.
When I started this blog, my audience and the people I have been lucky enough to form relationships with on social media have become my family. How flippin lucky am I?
If I was filling in one of these mood tracker printables I would be scribbling all the the happy colors!
So, thank you.
Thank you for signing up involuntarily to bring me joy and be apart of my extended family. I couldn’t do what I do without you guys.
All the smushy talk aside, I am super excited to share a NEW FREEBIE with you. I have been on a doodle kick lately if you didn’t know…psst read this post about my Free 30 Day Doodle Series on YouTube.
So, these mood trackers are a product of my extreme doodling and a dash of my weirdness.
Free Mood Tracker Printables
Alright, let me break down the basics real quick so we can get to the goods.
These printables are A5 size and have a blank background. Each set comes with a 30 and 31-day version so you can use them for any month!
Each mood tracker also includes a key. This key is a horizontal bar with one side representing a bad mood and one representing a good mood. Feel free to put multiple colors between the happy and sad face to represent different emotions. Or you can cover up the key completely with a piece of paper and create your own key.
You are free to download just one or all three of these mood trackers. All I ask is that you don’t redistribute or try to sell them. They are for personal use only.
That’s about all the legal and technical talk I have for you. So, now onto the mood tracker printables.

How to Print and Use Your Printables
- Download your file and open it with a PDF Reader. Adobe reader is completely free, here, and it can be used on both Windows and Mac.
- Once open, select print from the top menu. From here, select either page 1 or 2, depending on the days you need. Page 1 has 31 days and Page 2 has 30 days.
- While on the print screen, make sure that actual size is set and that your paper is in landscape format.
- Load your paper into your printer. I like to use sticker paper, but you could also use regular paper and then use an adhesive tape to secure the pages into your bullet journal.
- Print out your page and then use scissors or a straight edge cutter to carefully cut on the light gray lines provided.
- Use your adhesive of choice to secure your page into your journal.
