For the April Doodle Challenge this year, I’m continuing the color theme with the color yellow! It’s a great color for Spring and Summer months!
Another month means another challenge and chance for you to get creative! You don’t have to be an expert at doodling to get involved. No matter how much experience you have, try these April doodles to stretch your skills!

APRIL DOODLE CHALLENGE 2021
If you follow me on Instagram you know about the Oodles of Doodles Challenge. You can follow the challenge using the hashtag #OodlesofDoodles but you don’t have to be on Instagram!
Each month, I provide all of the prompts for the doodle challenge along with a free printable doodle page. Scroll down to get your free printable.
So far we have used the colors red and green in our color-themed challenges. I wanted another bright and fresh color, so I went with yellow for this month’s doodle prompts!

APRIL DOODLE THEME: YELLOW
While the theme of the month is the color yellow, you’re not limited to only using the color yellow. You can use different shades of yellow but other colors too! Yellow should just be the predominant color in all of your doodles this month.
The prompts begin with the month of April (use yellow lettering) and continue on through a variety of yellow themed things!

Once you’ve printed your doodle page, you can break out your favorite pens, pencils, or markers and get started! This month I’m back to using my favorite Flair pens! I’ve loved them since I was a teacher and they’re great for doodling!

APRIL DOODLE SUPPLIES
Flair Pens come in so many different colors and it seems like they’re always coming out with new collections. If I could only pick one pen to write and color with, these would have a good chance of making the cut!
They are smear-resistant and use water-based ink that won’t bleed through paper! That makes them perfect for doodles!
