So, if you didn’t know already, I’m a bit of a health nut. Like, I literally just started brewing my own Kombucha. And you bet your best pens that I’ll be making a “Kombucha Brewing” spread in my bujo. Ha. Don’t judge me, and I won’t judge you for your Pokemon or World of Warcraft spread.

When I was dreaming up spread ideas for 2017, I already knew that I wanted to track and monitor my fitness and health levels throughout the year, so I jotted down all kinds ideas on bullet journal spreads for health and fitness.

The list goes on and on. I’ve said it before; you can track anything you want. You want to track how often your dog barks, be my guest. For me, health and fitness are among my top priorities, and therefore occupy a lot of space in my bullet journal.
While I’ve been busy adding spread after spread, I’ve also been being mom/wife, so all those snazzy ideas haven’t come to life yet. However, I’ve spent hours on Instagram [weakness] looking at beautifully motivating bullet journal spreads for health and weight loss.

These spreads are incredibly popular and for a good reason. If you don’t have a tracker that resembles one of these then you might be doing it wrong… just kidding. But really, there is something totally and completely motivating about getting to color in those little squares or circles. It just makes the whole miserable weight loss process a little more enjoyable.

Trying to motivate yourself to move more? Check out some of these workout trackers. Pretty it up to motivate yourself if you have to. Coloring in shapes is a driving force for me, so I use a monthly workout tracker where I get to color in a new box every time I workout. It seems to be motivating me well so far!
