I’m working through the list of requests from you guys in my Facebook Group. But, progress is slow. With my wedding being right around the corner in July and my youngest slowly growing into a miniature home terrorist, there isn’t a lot of time for sitting at the computer. So, I apologize.
But, I am working through the list and designing new printables that will be available in the VIP Resource Library very soon. If you aren’t a member of the VIP Resouce Library, you can join here.
So, today’s freebie is a hand-drawn mood tracker with six different adorable mason jar designs. The download is a ZIP file that contains two letter-size PDFs, a 30-day mood tracker and a 31-day mood tracker. This printable is currently only available in A5 size, but that’s another obstacle I am working on.
I hope you enjoy this printable and will share it with me on Instagram by tagging me, @the.petite.planner.
How to Use the Free Printable Mood Tracker
It’s as easy as downloading the file and opening up the PDF that corresponds to the month you are using it for (30 or 31-days). This printable is only black and white so you don’t have to worry about using up lots of colored ink in your printer.
Optional: Buy some full sheet sticker paper from Amazon, (this stuff is my absolute favorite and it comes with 100 sheets). You can print directly on the sticker paper from any printer, and it makes placing the printables in your journal so quick and easy. There’s no lumps or bumps under your paper from glue; the application is flawless.
After printing, simply use a pair of scissors to cut around the light grey lines this will give you a perfect fit. Then place the printable in your journal with your desired method (tap, glue, sticker paper).
Afterward, you are free to fill in your mood tracker however you like. You can fill in each jar with a single color to represent your overall mood for the day, or you can color the jars in with multiple colors to represent different moods throughout the day. It’s completely up to you.
